Day 1

Our Tour officially starts at our Hotel. After your arrival in Bordeaux, we’ll gather for a mid-afternoon city walk-tour to get acclimated. We’ll have an easy and delicious bistro dinner before turning in for a good nights sleep.

Day 2

We will explore Bordeaux several ways and then shop the markets at the Quay. This market is filled with amazing foods, spices and more. Eating one’s way through the market is a must. We will give you the free time you need to explore, sample and eat. Later in the afternoon, we visit an amazing wine tasting room and tour the famed Cite Du Vin. At night, we’ll head to the yummiest fish restaurant in the city.

Day 3

Our day will be filled with Left Bank Chateau Tours, a Cooking Class, Wine Tastings and Gorgeous Scenery. A very special day, special lunch and the opportunity to buy wine, too. You’ll have Free Time in the evening for dinner, but as always, we will have a reservation at one of our favorites if you want to dine as a group.

Day 4

“A Back Door View” into wine making in Bordeaux. Our dear partner in wine has owned vineyards, made wine, managed vineyards, and really knows the terroir of this region. We will tour, taste, and eat our way through the Right Bank on Day 4.

Dinner Reservations will be available at one of the most amazing Bordeaux restaurants should you want to dine with our group. Day 4 Dinner is considered “Free Time”, but we don’t want you to miss out on a great spot if still hungry after our day in the Vinyards. We will make sure you have all of your options clearly notated.

Day 5

Bonjour Paris! We will travel to Paris via Trains a grand vitesse, high-speed bullet TGV trains (Remember the train when packing!). We’ll spend the afternoon visiting several of our favorite neighborhoods in a very fun way. Then onto a special evening of food and wine, with a visit to the famous E.DEHILLERIN cook shop - where all of the local chefs shop (bring your lists).

Day 6

We will have a cooking class in a fabulous Parisian Townhouse and Cooking School on the Seine. We’ll visit a local spice shop and then visit the Marais. Special museum stop and a very special food tasting in the Marais. Time to shop and explore, too!

Day 7

Our day exploring Montmartre includes a walking tour and food extravaganza! We’ll also visit Sacre Couer, the Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Paris and Montmartre. Our private tour will include some great little shops including tea, dressmakers, and Abby’s favorite gift and perfume shop. Our evening will include a special trip a fabulous speakeasy, followed by dinner at a classic Parisian Bistro (and maybe a pizza before. You won’t believe how good pizza can be in Paris!). *First round of drinks @ speakeasy is part of the tour; additional rounds are guests responsibility.

Day 8

Our final full day includes an early morning breakfast at a favorite spot and exploring and shopping the famed flea markets with our wonderful private guide. We’ll take a river cruise on the Seine and walk the banks of the river exploring the famous stalls. Then another amazing spot for dinner in one of our favorite places. Breakfast included. Lunch @ Flea Markets at Guest’s Discretion, Dinner included, drinks are guest’s responsibility.

Day 9

Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel or a local favorite bistro — and take one last stroll in Paris before you depart for the States! Au Revoir! Our tour ends at the hotel.

Pricing

We will post our 2021 rates as soon as we are able to confirm all of the details of the trip. If you want to reserve a spot, the $500 will go towards your balance.

Included in Rate: All lodging, tastings, classes, organized tours, transportation on the tour (gratuites to our drivers),  and some of the meals which will be clearly defined in the final itinerary. You are responsible for all of your drinks (except first round at Speakeasy) and Free Time Meals and Sightseeing. The Rate does not include airfare. Our tours officially begin and end at the Hotel, in country. Again, beverages are at the discretion of the guest, other than the tours and tastings that are experiences on our tour.
